All full priced items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
BLACK FRIDAY FREEBIES- These will be auto added to your order when placed and packed- no need to add to cart.
If you are returning your order, and if you received a FREE gift- you must also return the FREE gift or we will charge you for it.

Refunds.
We are fast with refunds but if we haven’t received it - we can’t refund it.
Keep your tracking number and track its progress.
We will refund within 24 hours of receiving, Monday - Friday only.
Heads up - our mail arrives late arvo and we are on the west coast. Use the information provided in your delivery to return the items correctly.
Goods that are returned in poor condition cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Just because it’s at the post office, doesn’t mean we have it in our hot little hands. We know you need your money back fast - we like ours back fast too.
Refunds will be processed through the same gateway as the original purchase and at the same price.
Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-2 business days depending on your financial institution - we have no control over this, but we have never had any issues.
Reach out to us if you have an issue and we will provide you with the refund documents at our end.
AfterPay and ZipPay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you purchased more than one item, the cost of the returned item will be deducted from your future payments.
Shipping your return.
Follow the email you've received, once you've submitted your return.
We try to again take a sustainable approach and suggest strongly that you re-use the Australia post satchel your order arrived in.
Just turn the bag inside out and use the returns sticker provided. Out returns sticker are biodegradable.
Pay for trackable shipping at the post office so you can track it. We don’t have any info and so we don’t know where it is. Better to be safe than sorry.
Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete your refund.
Exchanges.
We don’t exchange it’s too complicated and we like to keep things simple.
If you require a different size, order the size you want immediately via the website or you run the risk of missing out - eek!
Return the incorrect size immediately for a full refund.
